Who may access this feature?
This feature is only available for current students, faculty and staff.
What will I be able to accomplish?
You will be to set and manage personal security questions, reset your password or change your password when it expires.
How do I manage my password and security questions?
The password management feature is available on the Home tab. The "Manage My Password" section will allow you to manage your password.
You will be able to change your password or update your security questions when logged into the portal.
If you forgot your password, you will be able to reset your password when you are not signed into the portal.
What should I expect?
Once the password management feature is live, you will be asked to set the responses to three security questions. Once set, you will be able to continue to use the portal.
If you forget your password, you can reset your password using the responses to your security questions at https://myanselm.anselm.edu.
You will receive a notification two weeks before your password expires when you sign into the portal.
When your password expires, you will be prompted to reset your password, just as you would through Webmail, Citrix or on your computer.
What happens if I lock out my account due to too many invalid login attempts?
If your account is locked out due to invalid login attempts, you must wait approximately 30 minutes to unlock your account. You may contact the Help Desk for further assistance.
What about my mobile device(s)?
Please remember to change the passwords on your mobile devices for email and wireless network access when you change your password. If you do not do this, you will experience continued account lockout issues until you update your password.
